Luke Richtman grew up in Marin County and has spent more than 20 years in construction. Working across a wide range of residential and commercial projects has given him a practical eye for existing conditions, a feel for what is buildable, and the ability to guide a job from its structural work through its final details.
Lucas Ryan Building serves homeowners and commercial project teams throughout Marin County and the Bay Area. Luke works alongside his crew, trade partners, designers, and engineers to keep the work moving while honoring the ideas behind it.

On active jobsites, he has coordinated crews, schedules, installations, and field conditions with general contractors, project managers, architects, and other trades.
